- Home away from home, office home, independent living home... basically my home for a year and a half.

• 5 storey building (1st parking/office, 2nd-5th residence, 6th open area/roof top)
  
• Room
• My pad is a 21 sqm(not including t/b) rectagular studio unit with mini kitchen and sink.
  
• Amenities
• Parking for P1000 a month, 24 hour security, provisions for phone and cable, water utilities.
  
• Food
• NA. Nearby resto includes Tropical Hit, Red Ribbon, MiniStop, Astoria Hotel Lounge and some nearby carinderia.
  
• Services
• Since this is not a hotel i'll just be listing the advantages of living here:
• Conveniently located near UAP, MRT, Shang and Megamall
• The village itself has 24 hour security (apart from the 24 hour condo security) and very well lighted i have to complain of light pollution.
• Garbage collection is everyday (bio and non-biodegradable schedule varies)
• Most of the tenants are UAP students (sosi sila)
• There's an elevator for those with weak knees
• Price is very reasonable (Citiland which is 400 m. away costs 140% more for same space)
• The village itself has its own firetruck and police station
  
• Gym is free and opens from 5am to 5pm
